Dr. Brady Maxfield fell in love with orthodontics and the ability to make a difference in people’s lives at a young age, as he worked as an orthodontic assistant during high school and college. He prides himself on attention to detail, which allows him to deliver the most beautiful and functional smiles possible.
When he is not in the office, Dr. Brady Maxfield enjoys basketball, football, golfing, water & snow skiing, hiking, and being outdoors. He especially loves spending time with his wife, Taisja, and their 4 children.

Dr. Brandon Fairbanks is passionate about creating beautiful, confident smiles and providing exceptional orthodontic care to every patient he meets. He earned his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University, where he graduated summa cum laude and was inducted into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society. He went on to specialize in and receive his master’s degree in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics, combining his expertise with a genuine love for helping patients achieve smiles they’re proud to share.
Outside the office, Dr. Fairbanks’ greatest joy is his family. He and his wife, Jana-the love of his life- have been married for 31 years and are proud parents of five boys and grandparents to two grandchildren.
When he isn’t creating smiles, you’ll likely find Dr. Fairbanks on the golf course, hitting the slopes, or staying active. A lifelong athlete and sports enthusiast, he enjoys just about anything that keeps him moving and competitive.
Dr. Fairbanks brings the same energy, dedication, and attention to detail to his patients that he brings to everything he does-and feels fortunate to spend his career helping people smile with confidence.
