Dr. Brady Maxfield fell in love with orthodontics and the ability to make a difference in people’s lives at a young age as he worked as an orthodontic assistant during high school and college. He prides himself on attention to detail, which allows him to deliver the most beautiful and functional smiles possible.

When he is not in the office, Dr. Maxfield enjoys basketball, football, golfing, water & snow skiing, hiking, and being outdoors. He especially loves spending time with his wife, Taisja, and their 4 children.

Dr. Wade Thompson

Dr. Wade D. Thompson first graduated from BYU with a Bachelor of Science, then received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington and Master of Science degree from the University of Louisville.

When he’s not in the office, Dr. Thompson is a sports enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his wife Donnell and his three little boys. Dr. Thompson is very involved in his community, family and church.

Dr. Brandon Fairbanks

Dr. Fairbanks received his undergraduate degree from BYU. He also graduated summa cum laude from the University Of Louisville School of Dentistry, specializing in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics.

By regularly participating in continuing education, Dr. Fairbanks is able to stay current on the latest technology and orthodontic treatments.

Update: Oldest is now on round 2 of braces. No other place we would rather go than Aloha. It was fun to have the same person who put on my daughter’s braces three years is now putting on my sons. Obviously the staff love it here and we love the staff.

We are now doing kid #2. Definitely wouldn’t go to anyone else. The whole staff is absolutely amazing!

We’ve been going to Aloha Orthodontics for the past 4 months. We’ve done Invisalign and Braces, both experiences have been great. Staff is super friendly!

Went to Aloha Orthodontics Dr Maxfield recently. I am new in town. I am an adult patient, Dr Maxfield and his entire staff were amazing! They all are friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I knew everything about the process. I was nervous, but they made me feel completely calm through the whole process. His staff that worked with him to put the braces on were kind, explained everything and made sure I knew exactly what to do and how to keep the braces good. Dr Maxfield even called that night himself to make sure I was doing OK. They made me feel like a patient and not a number. Five stars I am recommending to everyone I know!

We have loved Aloha Orthodontics! Two out of three of my kids have completed phase one of their braces journey, and we’re about to head back for phase two! Dr Maxfield and his office staff are wonderful! They always seem genuinely happy to be there, know us by name, and have a low turnover rate, so they must treat their employees as well as they do their patients. Despite how busy they are, our appointment times always run on schedule or very close, and Brady and his assistants know what they are doing. I’ve been impressed with how quickly they can squeeze us in anytime we’ve had an emergency situation arise like a broken bracket or snapped retainer. Someone is there every weekday to help. They have so many fun incentives for their young patients and my kids look forward to each visit. Highly recommend this orthodontist!

Simply the best! I have had four children get braces with them and one more to go. It has been such a great experience. The people are so kind. The atmosphere is fun and inviting and my kids actually enjoy going. I felt really impressed when I brought my 20 year-old retainer in today and the orthodontist adjusted the retainer at no charge. I am looking forward to upgrading to one of their Invisalign retainers. Before we went to aloha, we got several quotes and they were very competitively priced.

We were going to go somewhere else, but the other orthodontist office was just not very inviting. I highly recommend aloha orthodontics!

I waited till my 2 kids finish their treatment to give a genuine review ,this place is the best ,I am from salt lake county but we drive all the way to Aloha Lehi ,Dr Maxfield is so talented ,my son was advised to extract 2 teeth at another place but Dr Maxfield did MARA appliance instead ,he is so professional ,all his team are ,he once came earlier than the normal office hours to fix something with the braces.

I cannot say enough good things about him ,all the staff are and their financial lady is incredible ,she works awesome with the insurance ,I am so happy with that 2 year journey of orthodontic treatment at Aloha Lehi office.

We had the BEST experience with Aloha ortho. The entire staff was so friendly and eased all my son’s nerves. The “aloha” decor makes you feel like you’re on vacation. Dr Maxfield is extremely knowledgeable and was so sweet to us. My 12 year old thinks he’s the coolest!
